- Each registration is individually printed as received. All entries are
placed in a barrel located at The Author's main office.
- One winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by The Author
periodically. Registrations must be completed
by 5:00 pm on the day of the drawing to be eligible.
- Winners will be notified by email and have 7 days from notification to
claim their book.
- A copy of the book signed by the author will be shipped to winners no
later than five days from the date they claim their prize.
- Winner's name, city and state will be posted in the FREE DRAWING
forum within 24 hours of the of being selected.
- Employees of either Sourcebooks, Inc "the publisher" or The
Author, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotional
agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings
and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such
employees are ineligible.
- This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject
to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
